Excellent venue, marvellous location short walk to including The Classic Cup Cafe for breakfast, and cool restaurants, upscale shopping, and activities, truly enjoyed our stay. The room was lovely with tv when upgraded. Central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel TV available were an advantage.

The bed was old, that's sad thing.

Whole place was spotlessly clean with nice views; incredible location to be at the Plaza. The room was well-appointed and well-kept and I appreciated the stay during the holidays. Location: the hotel was close enough to the hill, the Chaz restaurant, and a museum dont touch nothing kinda way. I randomly popped in Halls serving some pastries, located relatively near the venue, it was nice.

I loved this grand old place, stayed there for 2 nights. My room included a microwave oven, a refrigerator and coffee/tea making equipment. The staff was efficient and exceptionally caring, everything was perfect. I was pleased with good service. Besides, I was able to park under ground. It was in a marvellous location to move the machine to an open outlet.

The food was outstanding, excellent service. Got spacious, luxurious room with an oversize bathtub.

Lovely boutique hotel on the Plaza with a view of brush creek. Quiet, superb staff, and an on-site restaurant with nightly jazz. Beautiful property and gorgeous rooms. Close to great restaurants, shopping, and a short walk to the Plaza. Enjoy sitting on the patio with a cool beverage. Friendly, helpful, and professional staff.

It has fantastic, beautiful setting, really close to restaurant on the Plaza as well as the museums. The king room is fantastic, we also enjoyed excellent views.

This hotel in the Country Club Plaza area is a gem. The staff goes above and beyond, making you feel welcome and valued. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, with attention to detail like a view of the plaza lights and an oversized bathtub.
